HOW TO CHANGE NEGATIVE MINDSET TOWARDS NEW WORKPLACE


Ha~ panjang benor tajuk entri aku nie kan ? hihihi . 

If you read my previous entry : MAY 2017 WRAP UP STORY ,  I do talked about my Malaysia team ( only 6 of us ) have to change our workplace. I also ranting a lots and shared a lots of Insta Story video which I really don't want to move to the new workplace. Tak nak pindahhhh. ='(

Aku kongsi juga cerita yang aku nangis sampai dua hari ( adoi lah  =p ) . At that time, I really feel de-motivated. Aku sayang kan ITT team aku. Ye lah dah bekerja bersama dengan dorang selama lebih kurang 5 tahun tak salah aku. Banyak sangat benda baik dan buruk dikongsi bersama. Jatuh bangun semua sesama.

Selalunya, bila kita akan berpindah ke tempat kerja baru mesti kita akan fikir macam-macam , such as " macam mana lah dekat sana nanti ? " , " Manager baru best ke? " , " Manager baru memahami kitaorang tak? Boleh tolerate tak? " , " team mate baru best ke ? , boleh tolerate ke ? " , " tempat kerja jauh , mesti expenses in term of tol, car fuel and parking fees dah lain", dan macam-macam lagi lah yang bermainan di fikiran. Tapiiii, semuanya mesti benda negatif je yang akan terfikir dulu kan ?

Semalam adalah hari pertama aku kerja di tempat kerja baru. Tak payah cakap lah nama pun hari pertama memang banyak benda lah kelam kabut lagi kan. Jadi, aku tak nak hari pertama kerja di tempat baru spoil kan mood. Sebab bila mood kita spoil , satu hari suntuk confim memang tak ada mood lansung nak kerja. Betul tak?

Jadi, meh aku share pengalaman aku , " HOW TO CHANGE NEGATIVE MINDSET TOWARDS NEW WORKPLACE ".

1) WAKE UP EARLY
Pastikan bangun awal dari hari biasanya. Sebab semuanya baru , jadi banyak benda tak tahu lagi keadaan nya macam mana. Lebih baik kita bangun awal, siap awal dan gerak awal ke tempat kerja supaya kita pun tak ada lah nanti mulakan hari kita dengan terkejar-kejar.

When we wake up early and we get ready earlier than usual, our morning will be good. And, we feel like we are already well prepared to welcome a new day.

2) SET A POSITIVE THOUGHTS / VIBES
Apa yang aku buat , bangun pagi je terus aku set mindset aku , " Today, everything will be just fine ", " Today, will be a good day ", " Ya Allah permudahkanlah semuanya untuk hari ini, Amin ". 

Set a good positive mindset once you woke up. And , your day will be run smoothly all day long. Insyaallah.

3) PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE
Suddenly, I feel like singingggg Ronan Keating song because of the smile word , 
The smile on your face , let me know that you need me, the truth in your eyes , saying you never leave me. The touch of your hands says you'll catch me, whenever I fall~ ...". 
See, when you put a smile on your face , your whole world and day will be bright like your smile. 

Apa orang cakap , senyum di pagi hari supaya rezeki masuk. Senyum itu kan sedekah. Macam kata-kata dalam lagu Senyum - by Raihan.
"Senyuman tanda mesra , Senyuman tanda sayang, Senyumlah sedekah yang paling mudah, Senyuman diwaktu susah tanda ketabahan, Senyuman itu tanda keimanan , Senyumlah kita hanya kerana Allah , Itulah senyuman bersedekah ... "
Jadi, jangan lah lupa senyum okay kawan-kawan . <3

4) SAYING HELLO AND BE FRIENDLY 
Tak salah jika kita yang memulakan perbualan dengan orang yang baru kita kenali. Dengan ucapan salam atau hello pun sudah cukup memaidai untuk kita memulakan satu ikatan persahabatan.

Contoh macam semalam , team aku tegur menegur dengan team mate baru even ada je yang kitaorang dah kenal dan belum kenal. All the bosses also welcoming us to the new workplace and saying hello to us. So, we really feel welcoming and grateful that they welcome us with an open heart.

5) OBSERVE AND LEARN THE NEW ENVIRONMENT
Bila kita berada ditempat baru , kena observe apa perkara yang boleh dilakukan dan tidak boleh dilakukan supaya kita tak buat salah atau tersalah langkah.

Meaning , try to learn the new environment by observing the nature of the place. The Do's and Don'ts in that particular place.  Observe people around you too. How they work, how they react to the environment and etc. 

When we are in a new place , we are in a learning process. To start everything back at one. 

So, that's all the tips that I can share how to change negative mindset towards new workplace from my point of view.

As a conclusion , our new workplace is not bad as we think before. Everything just run smoothly. Only a little bit of rules that we don't like but we try to adapt to it. 

Maybe , these tips can help you a little bit whenever you have a negative mindset like me before you are moving to a new place.

  1. Right now i feel so de-motivated nak keje. So penat and menyampah dekat bos2 yg ade. Even when i have the spirit to work, work non stop pun in the end i gain no profit from this company. Huhhh. One day i will have to be at your current situation (new workplace) and hopefully i xde rase mcm ni.

    1. Whyyy~ Tyra. Please be strong for that particular situation. Tapiiii, if Tyra rasa bila lah gie kerja je rasa de-motivated , rasa stress dan tak seronok.

      I guess, better jugak Tyra try cari kerja baru yang makes you feel happy to go to work.
